Event information

Registrations for this event are closed.

This is an important fundraiser for the Club and helps to ensure we keep membership fees as low as possible. Accordingly the Committee requests the assistance of all  members to assist on the day

For competing members of FCRC and other clubs please be aware that of the following exemption to the Marine Safety act for the 2023 FCRC Saltware Regatta. Full deteils can be viwed here

The regatta starts at 8.00a.m and finishes at 5 p.m. The course has to be ready for use 1 hour prior to the first race. This means that the course has to be buoyed, tents erected, course flagged and canteen with food prepared.

Our experienced members will be assigned key team leader jobs from the list below with all other members then allocated to assist and provide coverage across all tasks for members who are rowing.

We understand that there are quite a few of our members who will want to row on the day and we will work with everyone to try to make that happen, however the Selection Committee will first need to ensure that all tasks have been covered as without this the club is not able to host the regatta.

Ideally we would like to have all members available throughout the day to share the load equally, however we understand that you may only be able to assist in the morning or afternoon due to existing commitments, so please nominate your availability using the nominate button above so that we can roster people accordingly.
